we have cleaned Concrete based Stone lookalikes to good effect, You can use Tile Doctor Pro-clean http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/TileGroutCleaner.html to get them clean again and then rinse with water, leave to dry overnight and then apply 4 coats of Seal and Go http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/TD-Seal-Go.html to restore the colour and shine. Best to test first just to be sure before you do the whole floor though.
