Stains on grey Marble Terrazzo tiles

I have grey marble terrazzo tiles in my kithen which are very stained. Can you tell me the best way to clean them and keep them clean please? Thank you. |

Terrazzo is similar to polished Marble and requires the use of a 4 different (Red, White, Yellow and Green) Burnishing pads and a buffing machine to restore it, see link below:
