Bleach on Terracotta tiles

I have dribbled bleach on my terracotta tiles in my kitchen and now have light coloured spot over parts of the floor can they be removed |

Best to take off the old sealer on the Tiles, we have product called Pro-clean which will do this, once clean re-apply the sealer to that Tile or Tiles that was used originally to seal the Terracotta with.
