Streak marks from condensation
Asked by Farzana from Chichester:
I have recently had gloss black ceramic tiles installed on my en-suite wall. The problem I have is that the condensation from each and every shower is causing streak marks on the tiles which remain visible. Is there anything I can treat the tiles with to prevent or help this? Also do you have any products that help with mouldy silicone?
TileProf says:
We have some success with this problem with a product called Grout Sealer, as a result of spraying this onto the Grout Lines some of it gets into the Tiles as well, and puts a coating on them, which we finds stops the streaking problem. Its called Grout Seal and Go

, use is as you would Windowlene and polish off any excess within 5 minutes, also it will seal your grout as well. You may need to clean the Tiles First, try some of our Pro-clean for this, give it a good rinse down and then leave to dry before Sealing. Russell Taylor Tile Doctor Ltd
