Asked by Lucy Preece from GBR: |
Hi
We have travertine flooring in the kitchen which is fine but the grout between the tiles is black. How can be clean/replace it?
Very happy to do it ourselves with anything that will work!
Regards.

You will find Tile Doctor Pro-clean http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/TileGroutCleaner.html is very effective on Grout, use as instructed on the bottle, then rinse with water, leave to dry and the apply a coat of Tile Doctor Ultra-seal http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/TD-Ultra-Seal.html.
If the grout is beyond cleaning then rather than go to the expense of replacing it use an Aquamix Grout Colourant http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/GroutColourant.html.
