Removal of Stain Protection from Porcelain

Asked by David from Essex: |
We have had new matt black porcelain tiles laid to our kitchen. The have been sealed with a stain protector.
Dispite repeated washing, we are left with a cloudy white powder type finish.
When a non sealed tile was washed it come up perfect. Could the stain protector be the problem and how can it be removed? |

It sounds like an over application, Porcelain tiles require very little if any sealer , unlike stone and any excess needs to be polished off within 5 minutes of applying it.
To take off the sealer use Tile Doctor Remove and Go, follow the instructions on the back of the bottle and you will get the result you require.
