Grey marking
Asked by S Hunt from New Milton Hants:
The actual ceramic kitchen tiles (not the grouting)are causing a problem, because no matter how much we clean them they still leave very grey markings on the hall carpet. If wiped with kitchen paper towels a dirty grey mark is still the result. We are having a new hall carpet - what can we do please? Regards, S Hunt.
gpslancaster says:
It's possible something has been applied to the surface of your ceramic tile. You could try removing it with Tile Doctor Pro-clean, see if this gets the marks off, brush it in, and wash off the exces. If the problem persists then you need to contact your Retailer as it sounds like the glaze is coming off, which means the Ceramic Tiles are faulty. Russell Taylor Tile Doctor Lancaster
