Guarantee on grout sealant

what guarantees do give on your grout sealant - I have a large number of bathrooms along a corridor, the tiles are on plasterboard walls for 120 rooms. |

As far as I know nobodys does Guarantees on this type of product, its a bit like asking for a scratch proof car.
