Gloss paint splashes plus discolouration

Please could you advise me how to get gloss paint off Victorian Tiles which are also very dirty

Best to hire a Wet Vac and then using apply Remove and Go to the Painted Tiles and leave for an hour, top up if it drys out with more Remove and Go, and then scrub the floor with warm water and then Vac up, scrub and rinse again with water and Vac Again.
