Grout EVERYWHERE!

Hi
Tiles are either Ceramic or Porcelain and the tiler left the surfaces covered in grout. What's the best way to get of them please and do I need to reseal the tiles after?

Most Ceramic and Porcelain tiles don't need sealing as they are glazed. |
