Clean tile polish from front step

I have a brick built front step with a 30 year build up of red tile polish. What can I use to clear this away? |

Thanks for the e-mail try a strong solution of Tile Doctor Pro-clean (mixed 3 to 1 with warm water). and scrub this in to the Tiles, repeat if necessary, rinse afterwards with water and you should get a good result.
