Most Porcelain don't require a sealer, if it does it shoudl say so on the box that they came in, however due to the rough texture of these type of tiles you will find a coat of Seal and Go, will stop the dirt getting trapped into the nooks and crannys.
You can clean The Tiles (if they are to be sealed) with a Product we call Neutral Tile Cleaner, if they are not to be sealed you may have to use something stronger such as Pro-clean.
