Tiles are actually volcanic and grey

having trouble cleaning the tiles after we have grouted them, before we seal them again. They have been sealed once before being laid. They always look dusty - is there a cleaner or technique to getting it look perfect? |

If the dust has been sealed in then this will need to be stripped off with a product called Remove and Go http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/Remover.html, then rinse again with water then leave to dry for 24 hours before you start to seal the Tiles.
You will probably need the assistance of a wet vac machine, you can hire these from any decent Hire shop.
