Ground in dirt on Grey Slate tiles
|

Asked by Liz Johnson from Oswestry: |
42 sq m 30cm x 30cm Riven Grey Slate slate tiles from Wickes were laid 18 months ago on the kitchen floor but builders insisted on walking on tiles before they were sealed. I foolishly cleaned them and put one layer of Wickes tile sealer (satin) but the ground in marks still show through. Would your Nano Tech Ultra Cleanbe the answer? |

Use Tile Doctor Remove and Go mixed 50-50 with Nano-clean, leave in place for an hour and then scrub the floor with warm water and get hold of a wet vac to suck up the remainder of the solution,(not a mop) rinse again just with water, leave to dry and then apply 4 coats of Tile Doctor Seal and Go for a nice low sheen finish or instead 4 coats of High Shine Sealer.
You will need 2 gallons of Nano-clean and 2 of Remove and Go to cover 42m2 and 2 gallons of the sealer to do the job properly.
