Severe black staining

Have recently uncovered tiles in my old farmhouse that have been covered with a bitumen based leveling compound in some areas it wont come off and in others its like a black mildew embedded into the tile
Relay hope you can help me out please

You may need a steamer, a wall paper steamer will do, apply some Remove and Go and Nano-clean mixed 50/50 and leave to soak for 50 minutes after that apply the steamer for a few minutes, then scrub up the excess, if this doent work then nothing will.
