Please can you name a sure fire cleaner for the above problem. I tried a cleaner which supposedly removed grease, but to no avail. Any help gratefully received. Thenks in anticipation.

Terracotta is never straight forward and you may have to take all the sealer off to reverse the problem, not sure what products are available for sale in Spain though so not able to advise much further.
