Cannot remove excess adhesive after new install

I've recently had some porcelain unpolished tiles laid in my kitchen. I've used an acid based grout residue remover that claimed to remove adhesive as well but it's not man enough. I've seen you sealer remover? What would you suggest? Thanks

We have a product called Grout Clean Up, but it is a very strong Acid and may damage the Porcealin if used incorrectly, but if you test it first and follow the isntructions on the back of the bottle you should get a good result, see link below:
