Do I need to seal shower wall tiles?

I have retiled my shower walls with travatine tiles. They have not been sealed yet. I like the look of them as they are now. If I leave them as is would that be OK? |

To prevent the ingress of water I would recommend you seal them, use Tile Doctor Ultra-seal, it won't change the colour or give them a shine. http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/TD-Ultra-Seal.html
