Spilt vinager on limestone
Asked by Damian from London: |
I have spilt an acidic vinegar type liquid on my limestone tiles which briefly 'ate in' to i think the coating that had been applied to the tiles prior to being laid. It has left an unsightly stain in the affected area which does not come off with any amount of cleaning. Is there anything I can to to remove the stain or is it necessary to re-apply the coating? If so where could I get the products? |

The only thing I know that will correct the damage is a system we use called Burnishing, we sell it on our website at http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/StoneBurnishingShop.asp but you will need a buffing machine < high speed > to achieve a result or you could call out on of our Tile Doctors to do it for you, click onto the link below and leave your full details.
