Asked by Mrs Peck from Northamptonshire: |
We are currently removing old polish from our terracotta floor, have found caustic soda to be affective. We have left small amount of water on tile & even after half an hour it hasn't soaked in,do we need to use another sealer before waxing it.We already have a buffer machine so will be waxing it. |

At this stage its very important to stick to the original sealer or polish that was used before otherwise you will find another sealer or wax will not be compatable and could cause blotchiness and patchiness when the sealer merge together.
If you are not sure, then test a small are first before doing the whole floor.
