seems to be a whitish film on tiles

had tiles laid at weekend they have been sealed with two coats of boiled linseed oil ,i started to wax them but there seems to be a whitish film on top. the tiles where outside for quite some time beforehand could it be the tiles are still wet/ damp? also after reading on forum am thinking of starting again with seal & go if so what would you advise ,will have to do the work ourselves. |

if the Tiles were damp before they were sealed, then this would have been the problem as it would have caused a reaction in the Sealer.
