leaking patio

We had our patio (which is riased and supported by wooden posts)overtiled with larger ones a couple of years ago. We used the correct base and grout but rain still penetrates and floods the space underneath. Is there any treatment you can recommend to solve this problem. Thankyou. |

If the Tiled area was Tanked before laying the Tiles, then I would be surprised that you are having any problems now unless the plastic membrane has been punctured accidentally, without this system in place you will never get a satisfactory result with waterproofing otherwise.
