*leak from shower*

Asked by Mr P Butler from Witham Essex:	walk in shower was installed 3 years ago, water started to come through the ceiling downstairs, regrouted the shower and shower tray but still leaking, got a plummer in to check no leaks under the shower so he regrouted and sealed again but still leaking. I would appreciate any advice.
