outside terracotta steps

I hope you can advise us. We have had to steps done in the above tiles the side step the tiler sealed with boiled linseed but the other step we have not treated yet. The side step has gone very patchey but the other step the dark brown grouting has gone white which happended on the side step hence the tiler treating it with the linseed.
We do not want the other step treated to we solve the side step. Your advice would be much appreciated.

If the steps where outside then the Double Boiled Linseed Oil and Wax treatment won't work as they are both sensitive to moisture, this sort of sealing needs to be done in high summer when the steps can be free from moisture, wax and Oil don't work outside at all, best sealer I could recommend would be Colour Grow, which is a new one and is not listed yet until the end of this month on our website.
