Dirty grout and small holes starting to appear

Have laid my tiles about a year ago and use a sealer which wasn't very good , now the tiles and having small holes appear and grout is always dirty.
How can I restore it back to how it was?

Thanks for the e-mail, Travertine is like the chocolate areo bar of the Tile World, its full of little holes which sometimes can cave in under to much pressure,best to fill these with a flexible grout such as Mapei Ultra-colour.http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/Mapei-Grout-Shop.asp#Ultracolour
The sealer will come off if you use the wrong cleaner for the floor or maybe not enough was put on in the first place.
