cleaning and sealing
Asked by jayne Wharmby from staffs:
Need to clean our riven very dirty sandstone kitchen floor, previously sealed with Febclear, would you suggest the pro clean, what sealer would you suggest, we still have plenty of Febclear is it a product you would recommend - bar the the horrible smell
TileProf says:
Hi Jayne, Think I have answered this question on our other site, but you will need to take the febclear sealer off first you can use a combination of Remove and Go and Nano clean, mix together 50/50 and then apply this to the Sandstone http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/Nanotech-UltraClean.html http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/Remover.html Leave this in place for an hour and the proceed to scrub it off, you will need a wet vac to suck this up with. Rinse with water and vac again, then leave to dry. If you want to try a new sealer then go with Tile Doctor Colour Grow, 2 coats should do it http://www.tiledoctor.co.uk/Tile-Doctor-Colour-Grow-Sealer.asp Regards Russell at Tile Doctor Russell Taylor Tile Doctor Ltd
