used bleach based cleaner :/

Hi
In my ignorance and stupidity I seem to have used quite a harsh bleached based cleaner in my 6 month old shower. There are now white streaks down some of the white tiles - I have a feeling these are non fixable. However, my concern is whether the grout between the tiles needs to be resealed (since using the cleaner some of the grout seems to have discoloured slightly) - I am guessing it does. Also - would the (glazed) porcelein tiles themselves needs to be re-sealed?
I wondered which of your products you would recommend to try and remedy this?
Many thanks

Hi Damian,
Thanks for the e-mail, it would be best to use a product called Oxy-pro on the rest of the area, it sounds like the Grout and possibly the Tiles have already been sealed and it is this that is damaged, try using Oxy-pro spray it on < do a small test first > and then scrub it in < wear some protective gloves > rinse with water afterwards, andonce clean and dry try Grout sealer and spray this on to the whole area, polish off any excess with a dry cloth.
