Hi Amy,
The process we use is by using Remove and Go and a product called Nano-tech mixed together 50-50 and then left to soak for an hour, after which time the Tiles are scrubbed with warm water and then you will need a wet vac to take up the grime and dirt, rinse and vac with cold water the second time and the if the marks are still their then if you ahve a steamer then this is the time to use it.
