radiator flooded entire living room

After airing room for 2 months, cleaned flooring which was full of salt and mould marks, but result is still not good. Flooring has little or no foundation, i.e. cannot air. We don't want to seal until completely dry, but stains keep showing. |

Hi Margaret,
You should get hold of a Damp tester machine and use this to let you know whether it is safe to seal or not, sometimes Terra-cotta can look damp but is just patchy and once their sealed properly they will settle down again.
