I think the tiles are absorbing

Hi, I bought ceramic gres tiles and they are supposed to be glazed but the tiles from the days we began washing them they have a lot of marks. I tried with grout cleaner but i remained the same. The tiles seem to absorb the liquids. Can you tell me how can I solve the problem pls? |

The Tiles dont sound glazed to me at all, I have heard of Glaze coming off a poor quality Ceramic Tiles after a few years but not on new Tiles. I would double check with the retailer, if they do need to be sealed then tyr a couple of coats of Seal and Go.
