removal of grout residue

Asked by P. Hollimon from ATL: I have installed outdoor ceramic tiles on a screened porch. The tiles are anti-slip with an abrasive sandpaper like finish, I used Admix2 sealant with the grout, and because of the sealant and the abrasive finish, the grout lines have residue on the tiles that is hard to remove. Is there a cleaning soultion for the Admix that will help? Any suggestions are helpful.

TileProf says: Hi P, Not an easy one, you need to break down the Polymers first in the admix you can do this with Tile Doctor Remove and Go, left in place for an hour and then scrubbed with water and use a Wet Vac to suck up the Spoils. Leave to dry for an hour and then apply Tile Doctor Grout clean Up, <test a small area first > apply it on the affected tiles and this should turn it a fizzy white for a few seconds this will be the acid attacking the Grout Haze, scrub the Tiles after a minute or so and then rinse with water to neutralise the Acid, rinse again just to be sure, use a Wet Vac to suck up the waste matter. Continue in this manner until you have a result.
