I have recently removed a carpet in our dining room with the aim of restoring Victorian tiles to the same standard as the hallway and kitchen. I have found that the tiles are covered in patches of concrete, adhesive, paint and black marks. So far I have chipped away the concrete and adhesive but I am still left with marks which I am struggling to remove by hand. Are you able to offer advise on how to remove all marks etc and restore them back to an acceptable standard? |
