Hi Lee,
Epoxy is great if the grout l;ines are flush to the tile, if not then it will react like any other grout on the market and the dipp will hold dirt, which mean a vacuum first will help get the loose dirt out and then possibly scrubbing the grout lines every now and then as a way of getting into them, simply mopping wont touch the grout dip it will just glide over it.
