Grout Stain in Terracotta Floor
|

Asked by Laura Hammerton from Nottingham: |
We have just had a very porous terracotta tile floor laid. We think the tiler only coated the tiles three times with a water based sealer. The grout appears to have stained the tiles. How can we rectify this please? |

Hi Laura,
Not sure what Sealer was used, but we recomend 9 ocats of Seal and Go when we seal Terra-cotta, its a lot I know but thats Terra-cotta for you, also they benefit from a top up coat every 6 to 12 months depending on foot traffic.
see link below for getting you Terra-cotta back to a good state.
