Hi Carol,
We just sell via the website, sorry, however the white salts are common when damp is evident, a sealer wont help as it will trap the damp and thus the sealer will start to degrade, even though it is a breatahble sealer, this would be to much for even Seal and GO.
The only correct answer is to lift the Tiles and cement, lay down a Damp proof Membrane and relay the cement and Tiles.
