Hi Jinny,
Not sure which sealer you have if it says it can be used on Grout as well as cermamic then its worth a shot, but do a small test area first to see how it looks, it may make your Tiles go patchy or glossy, if so then try Tile Doctor seal and Go as this is fine on all ceramics and Porcelain as well as the grout.
