use of grout sealing

Asked by Val Coleman from Dorridge, Solihull, West Midlands: My plumber has just cleaned up my fairly old white shower grouting, and also replaced some of it. He has used a grout whitening pen and has re-siliconed around the shower tray. Would the use of this pen prevent me from using your grout sealing product, and how soon after this renovation work should I use it? I would appreciate your comments. Many thanks.
