Grout sealer will help reduce this problem, as most grouts have a texture enough for the Mould to stick to, once sealed this should stop happening, also keep one of you bathroom windonws vented < even in winter > as damp loves a warm damp atmosphere to grow >
Try using Pro-clean on the grout, rinse with water and leave to dry, and then seal the grout with Grout Seal and Go.
