We get asked this a lot latley, the answer is No if The Tiles have been sealed, Terra-cotta, and clay Tiles and all the Stones Tiles usually are, so a Steam Mop will damage the sealer and make a white bloom on your Tiles where the sealer starts to come away.
Steam mop are fine on Ceramic and Porcelain Tiles as a rule, but even some of these can be sealed in some circumstances.
