Hi Sarah,
This can happen On Very Glossy Porcelain Tiles if you are using to much cleaning solution or even the wrong type, some of which leaves a build up which dulls the Tiles.
Suggest you try some of our Pro-clean and scrub this in and then rinse and vac with water, then rinse and vac with water only just to be sure, you will need a wet vac to aod you in this process.
