Tiles going white when u/f floor heating on
|
|
Asked by Rose Smith from Hereford: |
I have sealed terracotta floor tiles in downstairs toilet with two coats Liberton stone/tile floor sealer but since underfloor heating on they have turned white. Why? I still have the whole kitchen to tile so don't want this problem occuring again. Thanks. |

Hi Rose,
Make sure the underfloor heating is on very low or turned off before applying the sealer and aslo keep it this way until the sealer is cured.
Check also that Liberon sealer is suitable for Terra-cotta as they dont generally specialise with their Sealers. |
