Grout left to harden on tiles

Inexperienced tiler left grout to harden on marble mosiacs. More than a film. I need to remove without damaging the tiles. Same tiler then went on to black grout 6m sq of victorian tiles. Same problem with deep grout residue left. My lesson learnt is that some people are not what they say they are. |

Hi Matt,
Not an easy one, the only thing I would use if it is more than a film to remove is a milling machine / Grinding pads which will mean getting a profesional in.
