Hi Justin,
Sounds like you have a product build up, suggest you either hire a Buffing machine and buff it with a Green twister pad and a little bit of spray water on each Tile to get rid if the build up, or you get on your hands and Knees and scrub each tile with a brush and some hot water, then dry off and buff with a towel.
