hazy cloudy effect on newly fitted porcelain

I have recently had some natural black porcelain tiles fitted with micromix smokey grout which look awful due to the hazy cloudy marks which I cannot remove |

Hi Helen,
Best to use Tile Doctor Remove and Go and Nano-tech mixed together 50/50 Leave for an hour and then scrub off with ab brush and some water, use a wet vac to suck u the soluiton and then leave to dry any haze still left on use Tile Doctor Grout clean up neat leave for at least a minute and then scrub and rinse with water, then vac again.
