Dirty stained floor tiles

Hi, we fitted ceramic floor tiles to a flat that we rent out and they have become badly stained - possibly the tiles are a little porous and have absorbed the dirt. How can we best clean them and how can we seal them?

Hi Alison,
If they are Ceramic then they will be glazed wheter they be Matt or Glazed finish, maybe they just need a good clean up, try a 1 to 20 mix of Tile Doctor Pro-clean for best results.
