To decide tomorrow morning- white grout or not?

Hi. I am currently having large 60x60 tiles placed in white, and chose white grout for the grout. The floor is my kitchen and utility room, and corridor that is the house entrance too. Is this an absolutely mad idea, or can I keep clean with sealant and being caful etc?
Am to give answer tomorrow. other opens is pale grey but white looks so much nicer yet everyone advises against..... |

p.s White is not a good colour for a grout joint unless its flush to the tile and fully sealed with a good grout sealer like the one below.
