Hi Susan,
If the sealer was put down wehn the underfloor heating was turned on then this wont make it settle, it needs to be off or turned down to its lowest setting.
If however this was the case and the guide line s have been followed then double check you have the right sealer for Travertine, it should be an Impregnating sealer which is usually a solvent based sealer and colourless.
