Hi Mrs Hibberd,
It will depend what has caused the problem, if it is a Limescale problem then Acid is the answer such as our Pre-treat cleaner.

We normally use this with grout colouring but its good on Limescale as well.
If its just general dirt and grime then use Oxy-pro and scrub it in, and rinse with water.
After cleaning you can use Grout seal and go for sealing the grout with.
