removing paint splashes

Hi. We have a lovely traditional victorian tile in the hall but unfortunately it has become quite badly splattered with emulsion and some oil based paint. It has been months since it happened do you think we'll be able to clean it up? I've tried turps and a small area but it didnt really make much difference |

Best to clcik on the link below and follow the instructions, you may find that you will need to hire a wet vac machine for best results, but if you take your time with you will get a good result with our methods and products.
