hi i wanted to redecorate my bathroom and toilet, the thing is its covered in tiles from top to bottom in both rooms. i have tried taking off the tiles but parts of the wall keep breaking and starts crumbling down. is there a way where i can just plaster something on top so i can just make it look like a wall and then just paint on top of it. ive read some comments on how plastering does not work, can you help me please
